By accessing or using To-Let Rentals (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and lawful right to list any property. To-Let Rentals is a marketplace connecting owners and renters/buyers directly; we are not a party to any rental or sale transaction.
You may not: (a) post false, misleading or fraudulent listings, (b) circumvent brokerage/agency laws, (c) scrape, spam or misuse the Service, (d) upload unlawful content.
Property listings are free. Optional paid features such as Boost/promotion or paid contact packs are billed as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner; refunds follow our Refund Policy.
We may review, approve, reject or remove any listing or content at our sole discretion, especially if it violates these Terms, applicable law or community standards.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, To-Let Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection statutes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
